Practice will be starting for Delta Breeze Lacrosse the week of FEBRUARY 5th!

Practices are at La Paloma High School in Brentwood (the field is in the back, follow the open gate on the left side of the school)

400 Ghiggeri Dr, Brentwood, CA 94513

Girls: Mondays and Wednesdays 4pm-5:15/5:30 (depending on sunlight)
Boys: Tuesdays and Thursdays 4pm-5:15/5:30 (depending on sunlight)

Please make sure your athlete is on time, suited up and ready to go at 4pm.  We don’t have much sunlight right now, so we need to make use of every minute.

Athletes should bring:

• Water
• Cleats (athletic shoes will work if they don’t have cleats yet)
• Gear if you already have it:
  • Girls:
    • Stick
    • Goggles
  • Boys:
    • Stick
    • Pads: Gloves, Arm Pads, Shoulder Pads
    • Helmet
  • Loaner gear may be available in limited quantities for newer players
  • If you need gear, there are a plethora of online retailers (they even sell lacrosse gear on Amazon)
    • A good (somewhat) local shop is Sling-It Lacrosse in Danville.
